design development:

once a schematic design has been realized, we begin formalizing conceptual ideas through sketches and scaled drawings.

  • concept design:

develop a preliminary concept relevant to the client and the specific site. ideas will be presented using sketches, plans and/or samples.

  • planning and design development:
  • develop the design proposal partition plan incorporating any changes requested by the client.
  • develop final floor plans, furniture layouts, elevations and sections as necessary to describe design details.
  • design development drawings are scaled drawings of the schematic design but are not construction drawings.
  • preliminary lighting design and selection of lighting fixtures.
  • client presentation, review, and sign-off.
