Formerly an empty industrial warehouse, 818 Victoria St. N. was transformed into a unique corporate space for Lackner McLennan Insurnace Ltd and Erb&Erb Insurance Brokers. Elemental reflected the industrial character of the existing building with various design features including angled corrugated metal panels throughout the space.
