  • define the construction set:

a complete set of documents ready for permit and/or the construction process- that includes:

  • demolition plan
  • partition plan-a dimensioned partition plan that indicates all new construction.
  • reflected ceiling plan-that show ceiling design with lighting and lighting specification.
  • finish plan-a detailed wall and floor finishes plan with finishes specifications
  • millwork and interior elevations and sections
  • data and electrical plan
  • furniture-indicating placement of all new furniture and any furniture and equipment to be relocated.

  • coordination with consultants and client:

  • liase with the contractor and the electrical and mechanical engineers and other consultants.
  • confirm budget pricing with contractor during development of construction drawings.
  • submit the completed package of interior design working drawings and schedules to client for approval and sign-off.
